Materials:
-base coat
-top coat
-red nail polish
-blue nail polish
-white nail polish
-toothpick
Directions:
1) Apply a top coat to protect your nails
2) Next, fill in your nails with all red nail polish
3) Then, for all of the nails, create a white link coming down, thick.
4) Then apply blue nail polish on the tip of your nail going all across.
5) Using a toothpick dipped into white nail polished, create mini stars like in the USA Flag.
6) Add a top coat to add a glamourous shine!
