WHAT YOU NEED:
-Base coat
-Top coat
-Pink nail polish
-Black nail polish
-White nail polish
-Dotting tool
-Toothpick
DiRECTiONS:
1) Apply a base coat to protect your nails
2) Next, put pink nail polish halfway on the bottom of your nails
3) Using a dotting tool dipped into white nail polish, make polkadots ONLY ON the pink part.
4) Using a toothpick dipped into black nail polish, make a line ABOVE the pink. (look at the picture if confused)
5) Using the toothpick dipped into black nail polish, make a cute bow design (look at picture if you don't know where to put it)
6) Apply a top coat for a glamourous shine.
