Coco Body Moisturiser

Coco Body Moisturiser

Coco Body Moisturiser by once-upon-a-tip featuring sisley paris

Put 225ml/1 cup of cream into an empty, clean container (old body shop tubs are the best for this but you can use any tubs or jars) then mix in a pinch coco powder, stir until it is well mixed, then add in another pinch and mix in.

This is super super easy and cheap to make (you can get hot chocolate at low prices in supermarkets and any moisturiser will work- the lower expensive the better!). They smell nice too and make your skin tan a little

Tip 2 - Making Money

Tip 2 - Making Money

Tip 2 - Making Money by wishon11stars featuring a rose gold diamond necklace

Making Money( I hope this helps)

•*help your neighbors- feed pets, get mail, water plants and grass and ask if you can walk their dogs(if any)
•* run a garage sale- gather up the things that you don’t use and sell them for donations or help someone else sell there stuff.
•* car washes- fun way on a hot summer day with friends!!
•* help younger people learn things you are good at (piano, tennis, sewing, dancing, etc.)
•* BABYSIT- start with going to a house prepared( with a liscense)- knowing the kid(s) name(s), ages, and bring something that you can do with the kids. When you get there ask for bedtimes, allergies, what they should eat, when they should eat, emergency fone numbers, what they are allowed to do, etc… Depending on the amount of kinds and the time you babysit them, come up w/an amount of money. Most parents will ask your charge….Start out with about $3-$5 per hour. I babysit 2 kids and a dog often and I usually ask for $5-$8 per hour because they are not the easiest kids to watch… Usually I get more money than I expect but the money you should expect should grow as your experience does. I learned this from a friend a few days ago but when you receive money do not count it in front of the kids’ parents wait until you get in the car or get home…
•*Ask your parents for a list of things that you can do- I get a lot of money this way! I have 6 siblings so there is always something that my mom needs to get done… Ask to clean the kitchen($5 maybe) organize stuff( depends on the amount and what) mow the lawn($10) help siblings($5) rake leaves$5-$8) clean messy areas($7) etc.
•*Make a stand- lemonade stand, hot chocolate, coffee, jewelry, zipper pulls, tshirts, and little homemade/decorated bags,… etc…

Herringbone nails!

Herringbone nails!

Herringbone nails! by amazingtipgirls featuring a nail lacquer

O1.Take a section of nail strips from the Sally Hansen Hard as Nails French Manicure kit and cut them in half long ways. You can also do this with tape, but I like using these because they’re pre-cut and fit together perfectly. It would be hard to get this precise with DIY nail stickers, but you can try!

O2Next, cut those two in half short ways (following the lines of the nail strips). This will give you four sections of nail strips as seen in photo 2.

O3.Paint those four sections of nail strips any color you want!

O4. Now you’ll start laying them down in the traditional herringbone pattern (see image).

O5. Lay down the next set just above that. You want to overlap a little like I did with the gold in photo 5.

O6. Keep going til you reach the top. Take a clean paintbrush and push the sides down. Go around the entire perimeter of the nail.

O7. Use your cuticle nippers to clean up the excess.

O8. Add a quick drying clear coat.

And your done!

O1Tea bags aren’t very big, so you can’t cover a lot of sunburned skin with individual bags. Take 8-12 BLACK TEA bags, cut the strings in the middle + tie them all together.

O2. Soak them in black tea concentrate. (Concentrate: add 6-8 tea bags in 1 cup of boiling hot water and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Pour this concentrate into a jar and let it cool to about lukewarm and then add your tied tea bags to the jar. Let those sit for another 2-3 minutes.)

O3. Fan the tea bags out on your shoulders, face, back, wherever it stings the most. Personally, I prefer that the tea bags not be hot or cold but room temp to lukewarm.

O4. If you’re skin is extra sensitive from the burn, put the tea bags in a soft t-shirt that you’re willing to ruin. Dip the t-shirt in the concentrate.

O5. Leave the tea bags/t-shirt on the skin until you feel it has soaked up the majority of the moisture from the bags/t-shirt. Do these compresses over and over until the pain dissipates (typically 5-10 compresses will do the trick) and take an aspirin to keep inflammation down.

 What you need;
Parcel string. (The thin one, the thick string will be just too much. You can also get it in like a candy cane design.)
Colouring pens.
--
What to do:
O1. Cut three lengths of string, enough to go around your wrist, once or twice, however many times you want.
O2. Tie them together at one side, then tape onto something solid, like a table etc.
O3. Begin braiding the string and if you want you can add beads and charms.
O4. Once you're done braiding, tie it at the other end to secure it.
O5. If you get the plain string, i recommend colouring it in. Even though it looks great without, you have loads, why not colour it in? :L
There you are!
To tie it i wrapped another piece of string around both ends and tied it three times. But you can add loops to the end of it, if its easier.
Have fun!
