What you need:
-Top coat
-Base coat
-White nail polish
-Black nail polish
-Dotting tool (small)
-Toothpick
Directions:
1) Apply a base coat to protect your nails
2) Apply all of your nails full white
3) Using a toothpick, creating 3 lines going across around 3/4 of your nail giving a little bit of space at the bottom.
4) To create the notes, use a dotting tool dipped into black nailpolish and create a dot inside the staff OR outside the staff. Next, make a line going above your dot creating a note! You can even make 2 of them in one nail and connect them!
5) Add a top coat for a glamourous shine!
